What is your return or exchange policy?

  • Due to the discounted pricing we do not offer returns or exchanges unless you have received a defective item or the wrong item.
  • We will gladly exchange if an item is defective/wrong.
    • If you have received a defective/wrong item we must be notified within 3 days of delivery. We do require the item be sent back prior to us sending a replacement and must be mailed back within 3 days of contacting us. Defective items must be must be unworn, unwashed, unscented & undamaged in original package. 

What should I do if I have received a defective/wrong item?

  1. Notify us by email within 3 days of delivery at kfrancesclothing@gmail.com.
  2. Please provide your name, order number, and picture of the item.
  • We will then send the address to return the item.
  • Please return the item to the address provided within 3 days
  • Once we receive your item we will ship out a replacement.

Do you accept orders outside of the USA?

Yes, but unfortunately no free shipping outside of the USA. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • If you have purchased an in stock item it will ship within 5 business days. We make every effort to ship/process orders within 48 hours of when they are received. 
  • Once the package is shipped it can take 3-10 business days to be delivered.
  • International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

If you have purchased a preorder item please see the description for more details but please be aware all preorders are subject to change at any time. Exact shipping time for preorders will vary based on order volume. Shipping can take as little as 2 weeks or as many as 7 weeks. The standard expectation for a pre-order is 4-6 weeks after the closing date.

Will I receive a tracking number?

  • Yes of course! All orders are shipped through USPS and include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • We currently accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards! You do not need a PayPal account to pay.

What is the washing/care Instructions?

Fabric is knit cotton so it can shrink. We recommend Hand wash or wash on delicate cycle cold water. Hang dry or lay flat. Iron if needed.
